Due to the nature of our business (made-to-order and supplier-fulfilled items), we do not offer refunds or returns for:

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or significantly different from the description, you are eligible for a replacement or refund.
To request a resolution:

Include your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos of the product and packaging
We will review your request and respond within 2–5 business days.
If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it:

Please confirm the address used during checkout

Check with neighbors or your local post office/UPS location

If still unresolved, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date
We may file a claim with the carrier and assist you based on the outcome. Lost package refunds are not guaranteed if shipping tracking shows successful delivery.
Orders may only be canceled within 6 hours of placement, as we begin processing orders quickly.
If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
We are not responsible for orders not delivered due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted at checkout. Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order.
Shipping is free on all orders. In the rare event of an approved return, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
Lunaria reserves the right to approve or deny refund or replacement requests on a case-by-case basis based on the evidence provided and the nature of the issue.
